BITZER REFRIGERATION OIL BSE32 – 10 LITRES
Chlorine-free refrigerants are not soluble in conventional refrigerator oils (mineral, alkylbenzene). Oil is therefore not guaranteed to properly circulate using a normal circuit design. For this reason, the compressor, refrigerant and oil industry has developed special ester oils with sufficient solubility to ensure good lubrication. Despite the generally advantageous properties of these oils, their water absorption is higher than conventional lubricants. Therefore, when filling the system, these oils should have minimal contact with the air. We recommend using only the oil approved by the compressor manufacturer as the oil selected can heavily influence the performance of a refrigerant compressor.
